Has anyone ever . . .

. . . thought their infant son has an old man face sometimes?

. . . laughed a little when your baby pulls away and milk squirts in their face?

. . . gone to bed and realized you ate nothing but animal crackers, cookies and a bowl of cereal all day?

. . . thought it an accomplishment if you can shower and get dressed before 3 or 4 p.m. - 1:30 on a really good day?

Oh, yes. The shower and the eating? All the time.

P.S. I can't believe how much your little guy looks like you, Lisa! It makes me miss you even more!

Eating? Almost an impossible thing to do-you're so consumed with the baby's needs you forget about your own. Sometimes you just have to put the little one in a bouncer or play mat next to the bathroom just to get a quick dip. I use to wait for Adulus' nap and then I found that my son hated naps (not anymore thankfully)... taking care of yourself is definitely on the back burner. Good luck and the milk thing...yep!!!

Yes, yes, yes, and yes. The other day all I ate was cake. I basically shower every other day. At most. And it is usually at night when Daniel is home.

Every kid get's old man face - even girls. I don't think yours will get stuck in it though :)
